Both the Gough’s Group opening night dinner at Pettigrew Green Arena and the Komatsu lunch at the very challenging National Tobacco Factory showed what a professionally excellent team you have around you.

The food was outstanding and this was complemented by excellent and unobtrusive service throughout.  As an old (perhaps very old) hospitality industry professional I have nothing but praise for your company’s operation.

…”…and the tucker at the Gough’s dinner and the Komatsu lunch (by Orton’s Catering), was way above conference average.  In fact, my ‘locally caught fish with warm potato salad, brocollini, julienne of capsicum and carrot butter’ at the Komatsu lunch was exceptional.”

To cater for this large event from a temporary kitchen was amazing. All meals were on time, the quality of food excellent and the quantities very generous. The menus you suggested were varied, interesting and very well received.

The conference dinner for 700 on Saturday evening was a fantastic way to finish a very successful three day conference. It bewilders me you can serve 700 meals – three courses with a choice of mains, all cooked to perfection and hot!

The joint conference convenors mentioned at the closing ceremony how they had picked the best team to support the conference which included the outstanding catering – everyone cheered to this!
